Polly Atkinson graduated from Nottingham University in 2003 and went on to study interior design and decoration at KLC School of Interior Design in London. It was here that she discovered her passion for interior and prop styling.
Having gained experience at House & Garden Magazine and also Homes & Gardens Magazine, she moved to the Saturday Telegraph Magazine where she worked on the lifestyle pages for 2 years.
From 2006 until 2012 Polly worked at Vogue House as Lifestyle Editor at Condé Nast Brides Magazine. Through the coordination and execution of large-scale shoots, she was responsible for creating beautiful, inspirational and original images for each issue.
Polly has worked on a number of freelance projects including editorial pages for the Daily Mail Living Supplement, styling room sets for the House & Garden Fair in London and creating inspirational table displays and floral installations for a number of bridal exhibitions. She has also contributed to a luxury lifestyle book by London’s top event planner and florist, By Appointment Only Design.
Now based in Dubai, Polly is bringing her London style to the Middle East. Best known for her creative ideas, efficient approach and attention to detail, she is working independently as an interior, lifestyle and prop stylist for editorial and commercial clients.
